Participant Rights & Choice

Little Seed Grove is committed to honoring the rights, dignity, and choices of all participants.

Participants have the right to:

• Be treated with respect and dignity

• Make informed choices about activities and participation

• Decline, modify or stop activities at any time

• Participate in a safe and supportive environment

• Communicate concerns or feedback without fear of retaliation

Participation is voluntary and based on individual choice, preferences, and comfort levels.

Services are designed to align with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) principles by supporting autonomy, inclusion, and person-centered participation. Participants are encouraged to express their preferences and participate at their own pace.
